Joe is the founder and CEO of ProComp, an InsurTech company specializing in innovative agent marketing systems. He brings over 25 years of actuarial software development and life insurance consulting experience to ProComp. During his career, Joe has worked with numerous insurance companies to provide them the systems and consulting expertise to make their projects a success including illustration systems, administration systems conversions, policy holder tax, product pricing, valuations and IFRS 17.
Joe is the lead architect for ProCalc, a life insurance calculation engine that powers both new business and inforce Illustration systems across all product lines including Universal Life, Whole Life and Term. His latest innovation, ProCloud, brings illustration systems into the cloud including complex solves, insurance concepts, e-applications, business intelligence reporting and needs analysis for new business illustrations as well as to real-time inforce policy illustrations.
