The SOA recognizes that support from Customer Service is an integral part of the candidate and member experience. While the SOA traditionally offers support via the phone and email, the Customer Service also offers support via a Live Chat button on the home page. Support is limited by business / office hours.
The SOA is developing a chatbot that can answer many of the most commonly asked questions for candidates and members that will be available 24/7/365.
Responsibilities & Duties
Volunteers would be expected to interact with the bot and attempt to ask questions from a defined set of topics as well as asking questions from topics not covered. The SOA would like to know whether the answers provided to questions are accurate and whether the bot gracefully handles situations in which it can’t answer questions.
