How does this role benefit the work of the organization and the profession? *

The InsurTech initiative has two mandates: increase the visibility of the actuaries in the insurtech community as well as educate actuaries about insurtech

Responsibilities & Duties *

This could include connecting and following up with insurtech companies, accelerators or other players in the insurtech ecosystem to organize concrete actions.  Networking events (speed networking and/or Office Hours and/or Happy Hours), coordination of panel of experts, correspondent report write-up after attending ITC or other events, podcast recruitment and/or podcast hosting…
