This role supports the research activities of the SOA, providing actuaries with valuable up-to-the-minute data on health insurance issues, enabling them to make more informed and accurate decisions. This particular project will focus on creating and analyzing a survey of health actuaries regarding their anticipated sources of healthcare trends in the upcoming year to help inform their peers about where they anticipate trends to be arising.

This role is to support up to date SOA research, in particular for health actuaries.'
Time Commitment - Description *
This project will involve ~monthly 1-hour update calls with the researcher. At the end of the project, volunteers will be asked to review a draft of the research report and approve the content of a final version for publishing

Member ASA or FSA, Member, Non-Member, Candidate
Experience Required - Description
Knowledge of health care trend drivers is helpful but not necessary. Non-actuaries / Health Economists.
