This roles will assist in exploring and advising in the creation of best practices for neurodivergent candidates on the SOA actuarial pipeline.
Responsibilities & Duties
The Actuarial Neurodiversity Candidate Working Group is being established to explore and champion ways to foster a more inclusive, supportive, and accessible actuarial profession for neurodiverse candidates. Volunteers will work collaboratively to share insights, develop ideas, and recommend actionable practices that help candidate inclusion within the field
Time Commitment - Description *
Monthly- 1 hour virtual conference call and 1-2 hours offline (asynchronous work). Volunteers are expected to serve on this working group for at least 6 months.
