Responsibilities & Duties
Write an article for the Product Matters newsletter, sponsored by the Inforce Management subgroup of the Product Development section. The article’s focus is to provide guidance and ideas on presenting KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for inforce business. The article may focus on any type of business: life, annuity, health, auto, home, pension. The article should provide views on both the types of KPIs that are important for understanding inforce business as well as suggestions on tools for gathering and presenting the information in a compelling manner.
