This role supports the education and credential activities of the SOA, continually developing pertinent content, both foundational and advanced, to ensure the integrity of the SOA's credentials. The work can be used to satisfy continuing education requirements if deemed appropriate and it is a chance to give back and participate in the process of helping to develop and select new FSAs.
Description
The SOA is looking for new actuaries with interest in quantitative financial and investment areas to grade exam papers for QFI Exam committees, including QFI IRM, QFI QF, and QFI PM.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Grade exam questions carefully and diligently
- Reconcile results with grading partners to ensure integrity and correctness
- Submit final results to the SOA accurately and timely
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with the SOA Education Confidentiality Agreement

- A plus for the QFI track
