How does this role benefit the work of the organization and the profession? *

You will be speaking directly with high school math students who are learning more about R and possible math careers.

Responsibilities & Duties *

There are four separate 45 minute class sessions. You will give a brief overview of the actuarial profession, your own experiences as an actuary, and answer questions from the class. The teacher indicated that the students are learning R and other programming languages, so expect to be asked about the application of these languages in a career.

There are four opportunities available, all on February 15, all virtual, at the following times (all Eastern Time):

7:10 AM - 7:55 AM
8 AM -8:45 AM
1 PM - 1:45 PM
1:55 PM - 2:30 PM
