The role supports the research activities of the Reinsurance Section to help ensure a quality research product that will educate and inform actuaries and others on term conversion mortality and lapse experience.
Responsibilities & Duties
The Project Oversight Group members will:
- Finalize the project scope and set expectations in collaboration with the researcher,
- Provide guidance in the form of insights, experience, expertise and knowledge,
- Review draft material and provide feedback to the researcher, and
- Advise on appropriate forms of dissemination of results.
Time Commitment
21-40 hours
Research projects normally last 6-9 months. Typical time commitment is 3 hours per month for a six-to-nine-month period, including one-hour conference calls.
