Responsibilities & Duties
It is preferred that the applicant reside within 50 miles of the event site to ensure minimal travel time.
Actuaries and non-actuaries are invited to join us at the SOA Candidate Connect Event Boston – an exciting gathering to connect candidates with their local actuarial community. Here is a chance to represent your employer and discuss one-on-one with the candidates during the reception regarding your company’s actuarial department, hiring process and the type of work the company does. An exhibit table will be provided to all employers for materials.
Time Commitment
- Up to 4 hours
- The reception runs from 4:00pm to 5:30pm. Set up will start approximately 1 hour before.
Experience Required
- Member, Non-Member or Candidate
- 5 or more years experience working in the actuarial field, or recruiting for an actuarial employer.
