Responsibilities & Duties

This volunteer position is a new role with the Reinsurance Section tasked with evaluating how the section uses social media. The volunteer will then work on developing a strategy around how social media can help in furthering the mission of the Reinsurance Section. An ideal candidate will have an interest and aptitude using social media and will need to become familiar with the mission of the Reinsurance Section and the activities that the section will be looking to promote and communicate to membership.

 

Time Commitment

  • 5–10 hours
  • Time commitment will vary, typically will involve joining the monthly Reinsurance Section Council call as well as time needed to work on developing and implementing the social media strategy

 

Experience Required

Member ASA or FSA.

Non-Country Specific

 

Travel Required

No travel required though would be ideal if the volunteer could join for Reinsurance Section face-to-face meetings (typically 1-2 annually).
