Ruth is the Senior Director, Pension Solutions for Pacific Life. She has consulted in the retirement field for over 30 years with prestigious international consulting firms. Extensive knowledge of both Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit plans are used to support her clients with risk management opportunities including pension risk transfer and DC lifetime income solutions. She currently chairs the Aging and Retirement Steering Committee and is active with the DC Initiative. Ruth holds a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science with minors in Business and Spanish from Ball State University in Muncie, IN. She is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, an Enrolled Actuary under the Treasury Dept. and a Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries.
