In the role of Canadian Retirement Research Actuary at the Society of Actuaries, Doug develops research on Canadian retirement systems to support public policy development and public understanding. He brings four decades of experience to this role, having previously worked as a consultant on retirement plans at WillisTowers Watson and Aon and prior to that at a workers’ compensation board and life insurance company.
