Courtney Hanson, FSA, MAAA, currently provides actuarial leadership for Healthcare Provider Value Based Arrangements with Cambia Health Solutions. Her career as a Health Actuary has allowed her to lend her expertise to health plans affiliated with the BlueCross BlueShield Association, the ACA Risk Adjustment Program, and value-based risk sharing models. She is passionate about making connections with with others that allow her to drive out inefficiencies - both organizationally and within the Healthcare System. Courtney earned her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics at Washington State University. She resides in Washington state and when not working you can find her out on a boat in Puget Sound with her husband, 3 sons and 2 dogs.
